Ability Action Australia is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to provide support to NDIS participants, families and carers. You will evaluate, develop and deliver evidence-based support plans and work within a multidisciplinary team to achieve meaningful goals.

You should have a relevant degree, live within Melton, experience with behaviour support plans, and a passion for disability support.
