- Coordinate skilled contributions to product development, education, webinars, events and communications.
- Represent Perdays professionally at meetings, conferences and industry activities.
- Lead BFF’s practitioner membership growth and engagement strategy.
- Oversee BFF’s annual webinar and practitioner education program.
- Guide the repurposing of webinar content into social media, articles and practitioner resources.
- Oversee BFF’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
- Manage the Marketing & Communications Coordinator and Practitioner Engagement & Education Coordinator.
- Coordinate priorities, budgets, projects and reporting.
- Review and approve contractor and supplier invoices within delegated authority.
About you
- Demonstrated experience in relationship management, stakeholder engagement, partnerships or business development.
- The ability to establish credibility and trusted relationships with senior health professionals and industry leaders.
- Experience managing advisory boards, expert panels, committees or comparable stakeholder groups.
- Strong project‑management and organisational skills.
- Experience overseeing webinars, professional education or events.
- Experience leading contractors, part‑time employees or a small team.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, judgement and follow‑through.
- Confidence managing multiple priorities, budgets and deadlines.
- The ability to think strategically while remaining actively involved in delivery.
- Experience in complementary medicine, healthcare, nutrition, women’s health, professional associations or not‑for‑profit organisations would be highly regarded. An interest in fertility, reproductive health, pregnancy and postpartum care is desirable.
Why join Perdays?
This is an opportunity to work closely with respected health professionals and contribute to meaningful initiatives in women’s health. You will have considerable scope to strengthen professional relationships, shape practitioner education and support the growth of an emerging health community.
The position is based in Chatswood and offered across four days per week. Flexible work‑from‑home arrangements will be considered.
