The Role

A rare opportunity has become available to work alongside one of our established agency partners, Corina Nesci, in our Bowral office. We are seeking a driven and confident Sales Associate with outstanding communication skills, robust initiative and a genuine passion for building a successful career in real estate.

This is a hands‑on role where you'll work closely with Corina across prospecting, buyer management, client relationships and the sales process, while developing the skills and experience needed to become a high‑performing real estate professional.

Duties Include

- Prospecting prospective vendors and buyers through warm and cold outbound calls
- Booking market appraisals and generating new business opportunities
- Managing buyer enquiries and maintaining regular communication throughout the sales process




- Conducting buyer follow-up and nurturing relationships within the database
- Maintaining and updating Agentbox and CRM systems
- Assisting with open homes, listing presentations and auctions
- Conducting OFI callbacks and preparing buyer feedback reports
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and vendors
- Working towards daily and weekly prospecting and activity targets
- Attending sales training, team meetings and company events
- Using systems including Agentbox, RP Data, RateMyAgent, RealHub, realestate.com.au, Domain, Smartsheets and social media platforms

To Be Successful You Will Have

- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (essential)
- Ideally 6–12 months' experience within the real estate industry, sales or business development
- Confidence making outbound prospecting calls and building relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- High attention to detail and strong follow-up ability
- A proactive, resilient and positive attitude
- A polished and professional presentation
- Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship
- Availability to work full‑time hours, including Saturdays
- A genuine desire to build a long‑term career in residential real estate
