Perth Radiological Clinic is seeking a proactive Training Coordinator to join our Patient Support Centre. You will lead onboarding, induction and ongoing training, coach team members and collaborate with Team Leaders to drive performance and quality outcomes.
Reporting to the Head of Contact Centre, you will analyse QA results, maintain current materials, and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance patient experiences.
