Compact Home Lifts is seeking a junior HR skilled to support recruitment coordination, HR administration, compliance tracking, and Employment Hero management. Based in our Collingwood office, you will work directly with the HR Advisor to keep recruitment running smoothly and employee records in order.
You’ll gain hands-on experience across the full people function, with exposure to ATS platforms, training coordination, and licence checks, while contributing to a growing national team.
