About the Role

You’ll manage your own portfolio with the support of a dedicated and experienced team. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with rental providers and renters
- Managing arrears, lease renewals, rental increases, and maintenance
- Preparing CMAs and attending VCAT when required
- Overseeing safety and compliance checks
- Working collaboratively with our inspections, leasing, and BDM teams.
- Meeting KPIs across arrears, communication, and compliance

What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience in residential property management
- Solid knowledge of Residential Tenancies Act (VIC)
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- A proactive and professional approach
- A true team player attitude

Requirements

- Agent’s Representative Certificate orCert IV in Real Estate Practice
- A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Minimum 12 months of experience in a Property Manager role
