Victorian Automotive Chamber of Commerce (VACC) is seeking an Apprenticeship Field Manager (School Based) to bridge students to automotive careers in Melbourne’s south‑east. You will build relationships with schools, students and employers to drive successful apprenticeship pathways and outcomes.
You will mentor, recruit and support apprentices, coordinate with host employers and training providers, and ensure progress is tracked and barriers addressed.
