As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experiencedHead Baker & Production Manager to lead our Back of House team.

About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
At least five years' commercial baking experience.
Previous experience leading or supervising a bakery team.
Experience producing bread, pastries, pies, cakes and other baked goods.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
A positive attitude and solid work ethic.
A commitment to producing consistent, high-quality products.
