You will act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, manage tickets in ServiceNow and help improve, automate and simplify IT support processes.
You should bring hands-on experience in technical support, solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows and networking, and a customer-centered mindset to ensure high-quality service
