Mai-Wel Limited is seeking a dedicated Youth Support Mentor - Post Placement to join the Employment Services team in Maitland. This permanent, full time role provides ongoing post-placement support to young people entering work, helping them sustain success and navigate workplace challenges.
You will work within the Transition to Work program, delivering mentoring, coaching and referrals to ensure meaningful employment outcomes and ongoing participant growth in a community-focused setting.
