The Royal Sydney Golf Club in Rose Bay is seeking a passionate Sommelier to elevate our wine program and ownership of wine & beverage operations. You will deliver a seamless, memorable experience for members and guests with wine as your focus.

The role primarily serves in the dining room from Tuesday to Saturday, with flexibility for special events. You will manage wine inventory, mentor staff, and build robust supplier relations.
