About the Role

Project Coordinator is responsible for the safe andefficient undertaking of projects and daily operations; providing daily supportand supervision to our field staff to ensure that we remain the best we can be.A Project Coordinator is also responsible for: 1. Liaising with clients toidentify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives. 2. Workingclosely with the Senior Project Coordinator/Regional Manager, and operationsteam (field staff) to achieve project goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily project activities, schedules, andresources
- Assist with procurement,



subcontractor management, and sitelogistics
- Track project progress, prepare reports, and maintainaccurate documentation
- Support compliance with safety, environmental, and qualityrequirements
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders toensure smooth communication
- Assist in budget monitoring and cost control

About You

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced,team-oriented environment. You'll bring strong organisational skills, attentionto detail, and a proactive attitude.

Previous experience in a Project Coordination orAdministration role (civil or construction industry - Bridges)

A Construction Induction Card ? White card (Essential)

Valid Driver's Licence

The right to work in Australia.

Strong understanding of civil maintenance or infrastructureworks

Excellent communication and time management skills

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project) andproject management software

Knowledge of WHS and quality standards in a civilenvironment

Enthusiasm and positive honest, work ethic

Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, ConstructionManagement, or related field
