We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to take full ownership of our House store in Bondi. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive sales, develop your team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences every day. This role operates on a fortnightly rotating roster.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning store performance and achieving sales, budget and KPI targets
- Leading from the floor and setting the standard for customer service
- Coaching, developing and inspiring your Assistant Manager and team
- Recruiting, onboarding and developing team members
About you
- Proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales and control costs
- Confident, hands‑on leader who leads by example
- Passionate about customer experience and team development
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Thrives in a fast‑paced retail setting
- Lead a store where your love for food, cooking, and kitchenware comes to life
