The Role
- Managing a portfolio of approximately 800 townhouse lots
- Building strong relationships with committees, owners and contractors
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor works
- Preparing for and attending committee meetings and AGMs
- Providing advice and support to owners and committees
- Managing budgets, insurance matters and compliance requirements
- Ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered at all times

About You
- Previous experience managing an Owners Corporation portfolio
- A solid understanding of the Owners Corporations Act and associated legislation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- The ability to manage competing priorities while delivering exceptional customer service
