Northern Sydney Local Health District – North Sydney NSW is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Division of Medicine as an Inflammatory Bowel Disease Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 (CNS2).

In collaboration with Gastroenterology consultants, you will assess patients, manage therapies to reduce flare ups, provide education to patients and carers, and support care transitions from paediatric to adult services in inpatient and outpatient settings.
