The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced IT Productivity Platforms Engineer to join a high-performing team responsible for the administration, optimisation and evolution of enterprise productivity platforms used by thousands of employees.

This is more than a support role. You'll combine hands-on platform administration with automation, integrations and stakeholder engagement to deliver smarter ways of working across the business. If you enjoy solving complex problems, improving user experiences and working with up-to-date SaaS technologies, this is an opportunity to make a genuine impact.

What You'll Be Doing

- Administer and enhance enterprise productivity platforms including Jira, Confluence, Miro, Smartsheet, Lucid and other SaaS applications
- Configure platforms, manage governance, permissions and security
- Build automations and streamline business processes using APIs and scripting
- Provide Level 3 technical support and resolve complex platform issues
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver practical solutions




- Support new platform features, integrations and software onboarding

About You

You'll have experience supporting enterprise collaboration or productivity platforms within a large organisation and enjoy working across both technical and business teams.

You'll bring experience in:

- Platform administration, governance and security
- Automation, APIs or scripting
- Enterprise environments with multiple business stakeholders
- Agile delivery and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
