This is an exciting opportunity to join one of our key clients on a major ERP transformation program. As part of a multi-year Modern ERP Program, you'll play a critical role in shaping how Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) capabilities are designed, optimised and delivered across the organisation. Working within a large-scale transformation environment, you'll collaborate with business leaders, program stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure future processes, operating models and technology solutions are aligned to strategic objectives and deliver lasting business value.
Your New Role
As the Business Architect – Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the business architecture, process design, and solution alignment underpinning the Modern ERP Program. You will translate business needs into aligned technical solutions, guide stakeholders across all levels, and contribute to building a culture of process excellence throughout the organisation. You will work within a matrix‑style program structure, collaborating with senior leaders, subject matter experts, and technical specialists to ensure successful delivery of enterprise‑wide improvements. Your expertise will contribute directly to delivering sustainable outcomes, better service integration, enhanced analytics capability, and future‑ready organisational processes.
What You Will Need to Succeed
- Advanced research, analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, assess impacts, and co‑design solutions.
- Extensive experience applying BPM methods and tools (BPMN, IBM Blueworks,
SAP Signavio, etc.) and uplifting BPM capability across organisations.
- Significant experience in the Enterprise Asset Management domain within BAU leadership or major transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with proven ability to influence, motivate, and collaborate across complex delivery environments.
- Experience working across multi‑horizon or phased release frameworks with interim operating states.
- Proven delivery capability including reporting on milestones, risk management, critical path impacts, resource planning, and program interdependencies.
- Ability to assess implications of resource/scope changes on standards, policies, and best‑practice frameworks.
- Relevant degree or certification in Computer Science, Accountancy, Project Management, or Business Technology.
Desirable
- Experience delivering large‑scale transformations within Local, State, or Federal Government.
- Experience with SAP Signavio (BPMN).
- Experience with SAP Activate, SAP ASAP, or similar SDLC methodologies.
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, etc.) is highly advantageous.
