The Autism Association of Western Australia is seeking experienced Residential Support Workers to join our teams across the Perth metro area. Full time roles feature a 3-week roster with 2.5 day shifts, including overnights, followed by scheduled days off.

You’ll support people with higher needs to live as independently as possible, bringing kindness, respect and a calm, practical approach. Clearances and a valid driver's licence are required.
