MedTech Sales (Clinical Sales – Surgeons, Commission) – North Ryde, New South Wales, Australia
About the Role
As a customer‑focused Product Specialist, you will manage a North Sydney territory, driving sales and adoption of our Trauma product portfolio, supporting surgeons in the operating theatre, and delivering product demonstrations and training.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative sales strategies for trauma products.
- Promote sale of trauma products and actively manage consignment inventory and loan equipment logistics.
- Build relationships within the territory through trusted partnership and data insights.
- Support surgeons during cases in the operating theatre.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide accurate information on product indications.
- Deliver regular training for theatre personnel in partnership with Internal Professional Education and Marketing teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree qualified with proven hospital sales and territory management skills.
- Confidence to work effectively under pressure in an operating theatre environment.
- Positive can‑do attitude, flexibility to work after office hours, and participation in a rotating weekend on‑call roster.
- Ability to identify customer pain points, expectations, and implicit needs, and proactively seek solutions.
- Commercial acumen,
ability to develop relationships and have commercial conversations with a diverse range of customers.
- All applicants must have rights to work in Australia, a reliable car, and a valid driver licence.
