Redgum Justice is seeking an experienced and values-driven Operations Manager to support the delivery of high-quality services and lead ongoing improvements across our organisation, and provide assistance to the CEO.
This is an chance for a practical and people-focused leader who enjoys improving systems, supporting teams, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. You will play a key role in managing daily service delivery, coordinating priorities, and helping our team deliver effective outcomes for the people and communities we support, as well as contributing to the ongoing growth and development of Redgum Justice as part of our Executive Leadership team.
About the role
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the effective coordination and improvement of our operational activities.
Working closely with leadership and frontline teams, you will help strengthen processes, improve service delivery, and ensure our programs operate efficiently and consistently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily service delivery and operational priorities across areas of Financial Counselling, Tenant Advocacy and FDv services
- Supporting teams to achieve quality, timely and effective outcomes
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing practical solutions
- Coordinating projects that enhance organisational effectiveness
- Developing and maintaining operational systems, processes and reporting
- Supporting a positive workplace culture built on collaboration, accountability and respect
- Working with stakeholders to ensure services remain responsive and impactful
