Mrs Mac's is an iconic Australian household name in pies, sausage rolls, pasties and sweet baked goods. Since joining Aus Pie Co in 2022, our focus has been on partnering with our customers to achieve shared growth and long‑term success.

We are looking for a full‑time Sales Representative to join our team in Western Australia, working with a portfolio of trusted and much‑loved products.

Reporting to the National Account Manager – Major Accounts, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success of Mrs Mac's and the wider Aus Pie Co business.

Responsibilities

- Drive profitable sales growth and meet agreed budgets.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across relevant channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of sales initiatives.
- Provide insights into customer needs, industry trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications

- Previous experience as a Sales Representative, ideally in FMCG.
- Track record of achieving sales targets and securing new business.




- Experience working with diverse customer groups and a demonstrated ability to deliver sales growth and new business wins within the Western Australian market.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to identify and develop opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A current Driver's License.
