About The Opportunity

We are seeking a Service Technician to join our growing service team, based out of Gibson Island. This role involves field-based maintenance, servicing and repairs across forklifts, loaders, EWPs and mobile plant equipment at Visy sites.

- Shift Details: Monday to Friday (8hrs) + OT
- Vehicle + phone supplied

What You’ll Do

- Repair, maintain and service our mobile machinery across our Brisbane and Gold Coast sites.
- Conduct fault finding and diagnostics tasks.
- Attend to machinery breakdowns and complete scheduled maintenance.
- Recording jobs completed and parts consumed, to ensure accurate inventory.
- Ensuring all Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures are complied with.

What You Will Bring

- Trade qualification (Diesel Mechanic, Mobile Plant Mechanic or similar)




- Hands‑on experience with forklifts, EWPs and/or mobile plant equipment
- Strong diagnostic and fault‑finding skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a service role
- Current driver’s licence (essential)
- Reliable, well‑organised and customer focused
- Will meet Visy’s employment criteria, including a criminal history check and pre‑employment medical (including drug & alcohol testing)
