The Role

We currently have a fantastic and challenging career opportunities for a motivated casual Bar/Food & Beverage Attendants to work in our Hotel Food & Beverage Outlets, including our Croft Restaurant, Silo Bar and 1920's inspired Brooksy Bar. We are looking for various roles on casual and full-time basis.

Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, the successful applicants will pride themselves on working in a team to deliver seamless, friendly and efficient service to our guests.

The main duties include

- Welcome and attend to guests in a warm, professional manner
- Serve food and beverages across our restaurant, bars and conference & events
- Prepare and serve wines, cocktails and a full range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Maintain a clean,



well-stocked and organised service area at all times
- Process orders and payments accurately
- Share your knowledge of our food and beverage menu to enhance the guest experience

The successful candidates need to possess the following experience and skills

- Strong Customer service skills and a Commitment to exceptional guest service
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Wine knowledge and cocktail knowledge
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
- Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to work independently
- Minimum 2 years' Food & Beverage experience
- Cocktail experience preferred for working in our hotel bars
- Knowledge of Micros POS
- Hold a current RSA Certification
- Availability to work Flexible Shifts
