What You Will Do

In this role, you’ll be the connection point between our agent network and our customers. Your work will make sure conversations flow smoothly and agents have what they need to succeed.

Key responsibilities include

- Responding to inbound calls and emails from our real estate agent network;
- Making outbound calls to ensure LocalAgentFinder customers are supported and followed up;
- Assisting the Agent Team with day-to-day needs;
- Onboarding current real estate agents to the LocalAgentFinder website;
- Promoting and selling LocalAgentFinder products and solutions, including Sponsored Agent and the Prospecting Tool;
- Building rapport with customers and providing excellent service; and
- Capturing customer information with accuracy and care.

About You

This role is a great fit if you're a people person, a good communicator, and keen to develop your skilled skills. You might be a student, recent graduate, or simply looking for flexible casual work in a supportive environment .

You must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.

Available to work at least 3 days per week - must be available on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Previous experience in customer service or call centres is helpful, but not essential — full training will be provided.
