About You

We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about quality and making a difference in the lives of young children and are ready to grow with our team.

To be successful in this role, you will have:





A genuine interest in early childhood education and care

A commitment to completing aCertificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care across an 18-month traineeship through our RTO partnership with International Child Care College (RTO ID 90081)

A currentWorking with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

A friendly, professional, and motivated attitude

Reliability and a willingness to learn as part of a supportive team

Key Responsibilities

Support the delivery of high-quality early learning programs

Assist with setting up and maintaining safe and engaging learning environments

Help with daily routines, hygiene, and supervision of children

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment

Contribute positively to a collaborative and respectful team culture

Ensure your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care units are successfully completed in line with the traineeship timeline.
