Carey Baptist Grammar School is inviting applications for the part time First VIII Rowing Coach (Boys). Reporting to the Head of Rowing - Development, the role leads the Carey Rowing Program with a focus on strategy, performance and a positive team culture.
The coach will develop and implement training plans, oversee senior crew selection in consultation with the Head of Rowing Development, and strive for national-level competition while upholding Carey values.
