The Role

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your own section and delivering consistently high‑quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing and operating your section during service
- Preparing,



cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard
- Demonstrating strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
- Maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and kitchen standards
- Working efficiently under pressure during busy services
- Supporting and mentoring junior kitchen staff

About You

- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask in a high‑volume environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, qualified attitude and passion for food

Must-Have

- Certificate III in Culinary Arts
- Full Australian working rights
