Gate Gourmet is recruiting Catering Assistants to join our production team based at Brisbane Airport. You will prepare, assemble, and pack high-quality meals and catering trolleys for airline customers, supporting smooth in-flight services.
The role requires experience in food preparation, solid attention to detail, and knowledge of food safety. You will work on a 38-hour weekly schedule across AM and PM shifts, including weekends and public holidays, on a rotating roster.
