At SkinKandy, we are seeking Casual Order Fulfillment Assistants to join our warehouse team in Kunda Park, QLD! This casual role is perfect for someone looking to get hands-on in a dynamic workplace, with an immediate focus on covering Mondays and occasional Tuesdays . You’ll play a key role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of our inventory and stock.

What you’ll be doing

- Picking, packing and dispatching product in a timely manner
- Accurately scanning, labelling and preparing parcels for shipment
- Maintaining high standards of stock control and organisation within the warehouse
- Assisting with the receiving and put-away of inbound inventory
- Providing exceptional customer service and responding to any queries or issues
- Collaborating with the wider warehouse and retail team to achieve daily business targets and KPIs

What we’re looking for

- Previous experience in a similar order fulfillment or warehouse role
- Ability to confidently operate a reach walkie stacker
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure




- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy items
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory processes
- A positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
