Eniquest Pty Ltd manufactures military and commercial-grade diesel generator systems and is proudly Australian made. Following significant growth driven by the successful signing and partial completion of a major Australian Defence contract, the company is entering an exciting new phase of expansion. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Accounts Officer/Administration to support our accounting and administration team. This is a part-time role, 2-3 days per week, or would be ideal for someone looking to work school hours 15 – 20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables
- Ensuring timely receipt of payments and following up on outstanding debtors
- Enquiring timely payments of suppliers
- Account reconciliations
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- General administrative support to the business
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Skills Required
- Must have at least 2 years first hand experience with accountingand administration roles
- Robust computer skills and confidence learning new systems
- Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Positive attitude and willing to assist others
