We are seeking a Lecturer (Level B) or Senior Lecturer (Level C) in the Department of Management with expertise in Employment Relations / Future of Work, based at Caulfield campus. Responsibilities include maintaining an active research profile, publishing in top‑tier journals, and delivering high‑quality teaching to diverse undergraduate and postgraduate cohorts.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce original research leading to publications in refereed top‑tier journals (ABDC A/A*).
- Develop and deliver high‑quality teaching to large, culturally diverse cohorts.
- Supervise PhD students and lead research projects.
- Contribute to the Department’s educational, research, and administrative activities.
Qualifications
- Solid interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Track record of publication in top‑tier journals and commitment to impactful research.
- For senior candidates: success in leading research projects, securing external funding,
supervising postgraduate students.
- Proven record of high‑quality teaching and curriculum development.
