Silky Oaks Lodge in Daintree, QLD is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join a premier culinary team. You will manage your section, craft dishes to menu standards, and contribute to seasonal sourcing within a world heritage setting.

Ideal candidates will have prior Chef de Partie experience in fine dining or luxury lodge environments, with a Commercial Cookery Certificate and Australian working rights. Accommodation is available if required.
