EōS Fitness is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Service team and ensure exceptional member experiences at our California gym. This role oversees daily operations, customer service, and revenue-related tasks while upholding brand standards.

You will partner with Sales, Fitness, Facilities, and Marketing to optimize gym performance, manage staff, and maintain safety protocols. Prior leadership and a gym workplace familiarity are preferred.
