AZeta Real Estate seeks an experienced Property Manager to join our Melbourne CBD team and independently manage an established residential portfolio. The role is full time, Monday to Friday, based in our Melbourne CBD office, with properties across Melbourne.
You will communicate professionally with English-speaking and Mandarin/Cantonese clients, ensure tenancy compliance, handle rent arrears, inspections, lease renewals, and liaise with contractors.
