The Brook Hotel in Brisbane is seeking a Restaurant Manager to assume full operational ownership of our bustling bistro, bars, and hospitality departments. You will drive service excellence, oversee rostering, and partner with events and accommodation teams to deliver a five-star guest journey.

This hands-on leadership role demands elite standards, robust admin skills, and the ability to mentor a large FOH team during intense trading periods. RSA and RSG/RCG are required.
