The Role
You'll work closely with Senior Strata Managers while progressively managing your own portfolio, giving you the perfect balance of support and autonomy.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with the management of residential strata portfolios
- Gradually taking ownership of a small portfolio
- Preparing meeting agendas and minutes
- Building strong relationships with owners, committees and contractors
- Coordinating maintenance and resolving day-to-day strata matters
- Assisting with defect claims, remedial works and legal matters
- Delivering exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders

- Chairing Owners Corporation meetings
- Building strong relationships with owners, committees and contractors
- Coordinating maintenance and resolving day-to-day strata matters
- Assisting with defect claims, remedial works and legal matters
- Delivering exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders

About You
To be successful, you'll have:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in Strata Management
- Current Strata Certificate of Registration or Licence
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Experience using Strata Master (Filesmart experience highly regarded)
- A proactive attitude and genuine passion for strata management
