Silverchain is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to visit elderly clients at home around the Penrith/Nepean area, delivering practical advice, assessments and adaptive solutions to sustain independence and wellbeing.

You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team and enjoy a weekday, 8:30am–5pm schedule with no weekend shifts. AHPRA registration and Australian driver’s license are essential to apply, with opportunities to grow in community health.
