ESR Group is seeking a customer-focused Property Manager to join our Asset Management team in Melbourne. You will own a designated portfolio of industrial and commercial assets, driving occupancy, retention and financial performance while coordinating lease administration and data accuracy in Yardi.
With 2–5 years in property management and a tertiary qualification, you will build solid relationships with tenants, contractors and internal teams, supporting capital projects and asset
