Beerenberg is seeking an experienced HRC Venue Manager to lead our Hospitality & Retail Centre, driving performance across cafe, retail, dairy, tourism and events. You’ll oversee operations, mentor a high-performing team, and ensure guest experiences reflect Beerenberg’s quality and authenticity.
You’ll be accountable for budgets, labour, stock and supplier management while upholding WHS and food safety standards.
