Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

We're growing, and we need a senior marketer who can run client campaigns properly. This is a hands-on role. At first you'll be doing a lot of the day-to-day work yourself, on the tools. As we expand, you'll build and lead a small team of marketing juniors underneath you.

What you'll do

- Run full-funnel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, SEO, social and email
- Do the day-to-day execution yourself,



then hand more of it to juniors as the team grows
- Manage and mentor a small team of marketing juniors
- Own client results. You're accountable for the KPIs and guarantees we've made
- Test, measure and optimise. Find what works, cut what doesn't, improve every month
- Join the bigger client calls when needed (our account manager runs the day-to-day client relationships)

What you need

- 3 to 5 years in digital marketing, ideally agency-side
- Hands-on with Google Ads and GA4. You've built and run campaigns, not just watched
- Meta and social advertising and organic experience across Facebook and Instagram
- Comfortable with email/CRM platforms (HubSpot, GHL, Ontraport, Active Campaign), EDMs and newsletters, plus Canva
- A true generalist who can move across channels and still deliver
- Willing to do the work yourself now, and lead a team as we grow
- Australian permanent resident or citizen
- A proper home office to work from
