Reporting to the manager on shift we are currently seeking two passionate Cafe Supervisors. The overall purpose of the role is to deliver exceptional and memorable service to our guests. You would be working in an enthusiastic team environment, ensuring all aspects of our guest experience exceeds expectations. Meeting and greeting with a welcoming smile and building rapport with our amazing members while delivering efficient and friendly service throughout the business. Demonstrating initiative and willingness to learn and grow in your role.

Joining Norths Cammeray means you are part of Norths Collective which includes Norths Cammeray, The Greens North Sydney, The Alcott Lane Cove, The Verandah Beecroft and Seagulls Tweed Heads.

Your Key Priorities will be to:

- Oversee Cafe operations under the direction of the Bistro Manager and the overall Management Team.
- Your barista qualification is a must as are your NSW RSA and RCG qualifications
- Provide efficient and friendly service to our members and guests
- Assist the floor staff as required from time to time.
- Ensure service areas are clean and tidy




- Ensure accurate processing of cash and credit card transactions
- Use in house systems to place coffee and food orders
- Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation
- Effectively communicate with all patrons and staff
- Take ownership of cafe presentation, staff performance and training

The Candidate:

- Full availability over a seven day week, our shifts span from 9am through till 11pm
- A genuine desire to help people have a great experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Hold current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) certification plus a Food Safety Supervisor Certification
- Manual handling abilities are a must, combined with a love of being on your feet
