About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising Manager to lead the execution of Tory Burch's visual merchandising strategy across Australia.

Based in Sydney, you will be responsible for ensuring the consistent execution of Tory Burch's global visual merchandising standards while adapting them to suit the Australian market. Working closely with Retail Operations, Buying, Planning, Marketing, PR and regional stakeholders, you'll create inspiring customer experiences that strengthen the brand, support commercial objectives and drive business performance.

This is a national role requiring regular interstate travel to support boutiques, store openings, renovations,



pop-up stores and key brand activations across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Visual Merchandising

- Execute and uphold Tory Burch's global visual merchandising standards across all Australian boutiques.
- Adapt global visual merchandising guidelines to suit the Australian customer, seasonal trends and local market requirements.
- Deliver inspiring visual storytelling through window displays, product presentation, styling and in-store focal points.
- Ensure all boutiques consistently reflect Tory Burch's premium brand identity and customer experience.
- Collaborate with Buying and Planning teams to ensure priority collections and key assortments are showcased in high-impact visual locations.
- Support store openings, renovations, pop-up stores and special retail projects through effective visual merchandising execution.

Commercial Performance

- Analyse weekly sales reports, product sell-through and commercial KPIs to optimise visual merchandising strategies.
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, customer flow and conversion through effective merchandising.
- Support business growth by highlighting priority collections and high-performing product categories.
- Manage the Visual Merchandising budget, ensuring initiatives align with commercial objectives and business priorities.

Retail Operations & Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with Marketing, PR and CRM teams to support seasonal campaigns, product launches, customer events and brand activations.
- Build strong relationships with Retail Operations, Buying, Planning and Regional teams to ensure seamless execution across all stores.
- Conduct regular interstate store visits to maintain exceptional visual standards and identify opportunities for improvement.




- Provide recommendations and action plans to continuously elevate the customer experience.

Leadership & Capability Development

- Coach and develop Store Managers and retail teams on Tory Burch's visual merchandising standards and best practices.
- Deliver visual merchandising training and ongoing support to ensure consistent execution across the network.
- Influence stakeholders through strong communication, collaboration and leadership.

About You

You’ll be a commercially minded visual merchandising professional with a passion for luxury retail and creating exceptional customer experiences.

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

- Proven experience in a Visual Merchandising Manager or senior visual merchandising role within fashion, luxury or premium lifestyle retail.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse sales data and translate insights into visual merchandising strategies.
- Exceptional styling skills with a strong eye for colour, space, presentation and visual storytelling.
- Experience supporting store openings, renovations and retail projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across Retail Operations, Buying, Planning, Marketing and Regional teams.
- Excellent coaching, communication and project management skills.
- A proactive, organised and hands-on approach.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel interstate regularly to support boutiques across Australia.
