The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Junior Building Manager to join our team at a brand-new residential development in Macquarie Park comprising approximately 300 lots.
This is an excellent entry-level chance for someone looking to build a long-term career in Building Management. We are open to applicants from a range of backgrounds including:
- Property Management and Strata and Real Estate
- Concierge and Facilities Management
- Trade and Service Industries
Working alongside and being mentored by an experienced Senior Building Manager , you will receive hands‑on training and support while developing the skills required to manage a premium residential community.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day operation of the building
- Build positive relationships with residents, owners and committee members
- Coordinate contractors and service providers
- Assist with maintenance requests and follow up outstanding works
- Conduct common property inspections
- Assist with preventative maintenance programs
- Monitor building presentation and identify maintenance issues
- Help prepare reports and communications for stakeholders
- Support compliance with WHS policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors
About You
You may already be working in property management, facilities, hospitality, customer service or a service-based industry and be looking for your next challenge.
You will have:
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good administration and organisational skills
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Confidence dealing with a wide range of people
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
- A willingness to learn and develop a career in Building Management
Previous Building Management experience is not essential, although it will be highly regarded.
