We're now looking for a motivated Accounts & Administration Officer to join our close-knit Accounts/Administration team, based at our Beresfield Head Office.

This is ideally a full time, on-site role , however, we also welcome applications from individuals looking for 25 to 30hours/week.

About the Role

This is a varied, hands-on position where no two days are the same. You'll play a key role in supporting our operations through accurate processing.

This is a high-volume transaction processing role where accuracy and timeliness are necessary.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Business administration and accounts tasks including
- data entry of fuel delivery consignments into the ERP system,
- review of direct imported data to ensure accuracy,
- reconciliations to customer and internal data,
- and generation customer invoices

- Accounts payable support
- Liaising professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders




- Reception relief duties, including answering phones and greeting visitors
- Managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency

About You

You're organised, detail-focused, and genuinely interested in administration and accounts. You take pride in your work, enjoy being part of a team, and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and muck-in.

You’ll bring:

- Experience in accounts payable and/or receivable
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a continuous improvement mindset
- Australian work rights are required for this position

Highly regarded (but not essential):

- Experience in the logistics or transport industry
- Familiarity with the Translogix ERP system
