Maxim Group is seeking a reliable Site Administrator for the North East Link (NEL) Project. You will support site operations, manage daily prestarts, timesheets, inductions and training, and assist with onboarding on an active construction site.

Ideal candidates have site-based admin experience, robust data entry skills, and proficiency with SharePoint and MS Office. Applicants must be Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents.
