Golf Clearance Outlet is looking for a full time Retail Sales Specialist to join our team in Cannon Hill.
This is a customer-facing, sales-focused role where you’ll work directly with customers to help them find the right gear — from beginner setups through to premium equipment — while contributing to the overall performance of the store.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, takes initiative on the shop floor, and wants to be part of a team that drives strong in-store results.
What You’ll Be doing
- Recommending and selling golf equipment, apparel and accessories
- Restocking and assisting with day-to-day store operations
- Driving add-on sales, bundles and overall transaction value
- Supporting in-store promotions and campaigns
- Maintaining store presentation and organisation
- Working towards individual sales targets
- Building relationships with repeat customers

- Confident communicator who can adapt to different types of customers
- Interest in golf or willingness to learn quickly
