About Narrative Hub

Narrative Hub is a Brisbane creative agency that has been creating compelling content for brands since 2017. We work with businesses, brands and organisations to get clear on their message and communicate it through content that is purposeful, high quality, and hits the mark every time.

About the role

This role sits within our social media team, focused on the content creation needs of our retainer clients, for both video and stills photography. You'll also have the chance to support the project team depending on the scale and requirements at the time, but the main focus is professional social media content.

There's plenty of room to have fun contributing to the Narrative Hub brand too, through visual storytelling, experimenting, and collaborating with the team.

For our retainer clients you’ll work closely with our Social Media Manager and Social Media Coordinator, who lead content strategy. Your expertise and ideas will be part of that process throughout, as we have a strong focus on collaboration to get the best outcomes for our clients.

Creativity is at the cornerstone of what we do, and we focus equally on systems and processes so outcomes are met on every job. We want someone with enough experience to bring real confidence to the role, who's also genuinely keen to be part of a team and build something together.

Essential skills

- Solid experience across video production and editing, both shoots and post.

- The ability to think creatively about solving a client problem through content.





- A strong feel for what content performs well on social media, for both organic and paid.

- A deep understanding of Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve and the Adobe suite generally.

- Strong technical aptitude with camera equipment, settings, lighting and audio, and everything that goes into capturing content well.

- Shoots and edits both video and photo.

- Using AI tools in your workflow, or you have a genuine interest to bring them in.

- An understanding, or desire to learn about how paid ads funnels work and the content required to ensure campaigns are successful.

- A calm, qualified manner on set and with clients.
