Thorne Harbour Health is seeking a Health Educator to lead LGBTQI+ women's health initiatives, working on the Next Level - Advancing LGBTQI+ Women's Health Equity and Access project. You will establish an advisory group, run a peer-led cancer support group and deliver education to strengthen health literacy and advocacy.
You will join the Health Promotion Team, collaborate on strategy, and help turn policy into practical community actions with a sensitive, trauma-informed approach.
