Estia Health in Victoria is seeking compassionate care assistants to join our aged care homes across the region. You’ll support residents with daily activities, meals, and mobility, ensuring comfort and safety in a respectful, dignity-driven environment.
You’ll work with a dedicated team, contribute to care plans, and maintain explicit clinical documentation using our computer systems. A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is preferred, and prior caregiving experience is valued.
