Southern Cross Community Healthcare in Merrylands NSW is seeking Disability Support Workers to assist a ventilated 44-year-old woman to live independently at home. You will provide personal care, medication administration, mobility support, and meal preparation while following care plans and with supervision from qualified health professionals.

Successful applicants will have a current driver’s license, a valid First Aid certificate, and an NDIS screening check (or willingness to obtain).
